A small, dedicated Adelaide team with twenty years of experience supporting people with physical, psychosocial, intellectual and neurological disability. We know the NDIS — and we put people first.

About us

Experience you can rely on

Flourish HQ was founded after two decades of working directly alongside people with disability, in South Australia and the United Kingdom. That experience taught us what good support actually looks like — and what it feels like when it's missing.

We deliberately stay small. It means every person we support gets genuine attention from people who know them — not a rotating roster and a reference number.

Monthly social lunch

Once a month, participants, families and the Flourish HQ team share a meal at an accessible venue around Adelaide. No agenda and no paperwork — just good food, conversation and connection.

Frequently asked questions

Who can use Flourish HQ's services?

We welcome NDIS participants who are plan-managed or self-managed, across metro Adelaide and regional South Australia. If you're not sure how your plan is managed, get in touch and we'll help you work it out.

How much do services cost?

Our pricing follows the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, and adjusts automatically in line with NDIS price catalogue updates. We're always upfront about costs before any service begins.

How quickly will you respond to a referral?

We respond to every referral and enquiry within two business days. For urgent referrals, please call us directly on 0477 882 504.

Which areas do you cover?

All of South Australia. We're based in Adelaide and travel to participants in both metro and regional areas — distance is not a barrier to receiving quality support.

Can I change or end services later?

Yes. Service agreements stay in place only while you want them — you can change your supports or end an agreement with written notice at any time. We also review your services with you at least annually.
