Our story

Why Flourish exists

Flourish HQ was founded on a simple observation: the difference between support that ticks boxes and support that changes lives is how well you know the person. We've seen what good support looks like — and what it feels like when it's missing.

So we deliberately stay small. Every person we support gets genuine attention from people who know them — not a rotating roster and a reference number.

Adelaide-based, with statewide reach

Our home base is Adelaide's north-east. Support work and in-home services run across metro Adelaide and surrounds, and support coordination is available statewide — much of it works well by phone and video, and we travel where it makes sense. Not sure about your area? Just ask.

Frequently asked questions

Who can use Flourish HQ's services?

We welcome NDIS participants who are plan-managed or self-managed, across metro Adelaide and regional South Australia. If you're not sure how your plan is managed, get in touch and we'll help you work it out.

How much do services cost?

Our pricing follows the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, and adjusts automatically in line with NDIS price catalogue updates. We're always upfront about costs before any service begins.

How quickly will you respond to a referral?

We respond to every referral and enquiry within two business days. For urgent referrals, please call us directly on 0477 882 504.

Which areas do you cover?

We're based in Adelaide, with support work and in-home services across metro Adelaide and surrounds. Support coordination is available statewide by phone, video and travel by arrangement. If you're not sure whether we cover your area, call us — we'll give you a straight answer.

Can I change or end services later?

Yes. Service agreements stay in place only while you want them — you can change your supports or end an agreement with written notice at any time. We also review your services with you at least annually.
